Shared task estimate - multiple solvers share the estimated time
Standard behavior is, that multiple solvers use the same estimate time. So if the task has 45min estimate time, each solver is expected to work 45min on that.
Shared estimate will change this to use 45min for all together. It's common in some positions that few people work on stuff with allocation of hundreds hours and they share this allocation.

This feature should allow multiple users to work on a single task together? Can you explain what you mean by "task buffer"?
Now only one user can work on a task. A task buffer would allow multiple users to split one task between them and work on it simultaneously?
Example: the floor of the production floor needs to be cleaned. Estimated time for one person is 2 hours. If a task buffer is used, 4 people can work on the task and finish the job in 30 min.

I've improved the description to make this feature clear enough.
It's about estimated time. Buffer is more about Critical Chain and different feature.
