malfunctioning filter in search tasks

There is defect when you filter over "search tasks" field.

Example, when you type:

  1. "pล™รญpr" - no tasks
  2. "pล™รญpra" - 2 tasks

Partial match is not working in some cases. Maybe problem with UNICODE chars?
