Filter/Typeahead not working on Label

Is possible to use the same component for "Add a label" as for "Add Solver" or "Auto-select"?

If you want to add a label, you cannot filter and scrolling does not work with typeahead.

I wrote the letter "V" in the picture, but the selected option ("Vývoj") is hidden.

Yes, this one is not migrated to new lazy-select component as others already are.
