We’ve given your daily planning dashboard a massive upgrade to make viewing your schedule much easier and more interactive.
- Working Hours & Off-Hours: The timeline now clearly highlights your actual working hours and visually marks "off-hours" so you don’t accidentally schedule work during personal time.
- Built-in Search: Looking for a specific task? There is a new search bar right inside your daily view.
- Calendar Sync: You can now see your Google and Microsoft Calendar events directly on your day.
- "No Tasks" Celebration: When you finish all your tasks for the day, you’ll be greeted by a fun, new animated screen to celebrate your empty to-do list.
- Workload Alerts: The app will now warn you if you have overlapping tasks or if you are exceeding your healthy daily workload limit.
- View-As Mode: Team leaders can now switch views to see another team member's day.
- Daily Progress & Greetings: Enjoy a personalized daily greeting and a quick progress bar to track how much of your day is complete.
🛠️ Project & Task Management
- Edit Multiple Dates at Once: You no longer have to open projects one by one to change their dates. You can now select multiple projects and update their dates all at once.
- Quick Time Estimates: Edit task time estimates directly from your scheduling screen or ticket lists.
- Unassigned Status: Added a clear "Unassigned" status for tasks that haven't been given to a team member yet.
🎨 Visuals & Personalization
- Follows Your Device Theme: The app can now automatically match your device's system settings—switching to Dark Mode or Light Mode automatically when your phone or computer does.
- Mobile Improvements: Cleaned up the navigation menus on mobile screens so they are easier to tap and navigate on the go.
