Cancelling the cancel during project creation hides project dialog

Scenario: While creating a new project, click on the 'x' cancel button, then click on 'Cancel' in the following dialog to go back to editing the project. When this is done, the edit project dialog disappears and the button to add a new project becomes non-functional.
